No, you should bring your own towels and toiletries, although towel rental is avaialble if you forget.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check-in: From 3pm
Check-out: By 10:30am

Can I leave my luggage and valuables in a safe place?
Ask a member of staff and they will put your luggage away safely. If you have valuable items or cash that you want put away in a safe, we can do that for you. The Valley House is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of any personal property or cash on the premises or in the grounds.

Are the rooms ensuite?
Most rooms are not ensuite - with the exception of the 4-bed mixed dorm room. There are private shower cubicles and toilets near the rooms.

Can I book a bed in a room for females only?
Our 6-bed dormitory room is for female guests only, also you can choose to book the entire dormitory for your group.

What is the difference between a Twin and Double room?
A twin room contains two single beds. A double room has one King (or American Queen) size bed.

Children and family groups are very welcome at The Valley House. However, please note that children are not allowed in dormitories with other guests so family groups either need to book private rooms or need to reserve a whole dormitory for their group. Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs and other pets inside the hostel. But if you want to bring your dog or pet and they can sleep outside in your car or van, that is ok with us.

If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the first nights stay. In the event of a "no-show", your credit card will be charged for the first night of your booking. For minimum length of stay reservations (e.g. bank holiday weekends) you will be charged for the entire reserved stay in the event of a no-show or if you check out prior to the reserved departure date.
